HR Trends and Organization Development (OD)

Human resources (HR) trends and methods are the main driving force for the efficiency of organizations. The HR policies of the company are developed by the HR department, which is responsible for the selection and recruitment of employees, as well as their motivation and retention.

The human resources department is responsible for the organization and coordination of various employee-related processes, such as employee recruitment, employee induction program, employee performance management, and appraisal, employee training and development, employee benefits, employee motivation, and employee engagement activities.

In order to determine the HR trends in a company, the HR department needs to conduct a feasibility study to determine the realistic goals and objectives of the company. Based on the feasibility study, the HR department can develop an HR plan and implement it accordingly. The human resources department should constantly monitor the progress of the company in order to improve its operations and increase its efficiency.

Organizational development (OD) is a systematic process that helps a company to improve its performance and effectiveness. The main objective of OD is to improve the organizational structure and culture of the company. The organization development process includes the identification of the company’s objectives and the development of a plan to achieve these objectives. The organization development process also includes the implementation of the plan and the evaluation of the results.
